What are the system requirements for ClickScan?
ClickScan currently supports Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. It works on both 32 bit and 64 bit machines, and requires a WIA compatible scanner. Most scanners support WIA. If you're running on Windows XP and would like to use ClickScan, let us know -- if there is enough demand we may release a Windows XP compatible version.
What limitations does the free trial have?
The ClickScan free trial is unlimited and works exactly the same as the full version. The only difference is that the free trial version will brand the scan output with "ClickScan Evaluation Version" in the header and footer. Once you purchase a license, that branding will disappear.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 60 day moneyback guarantee. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, email us within 60 days and we will refund the full purchase price.
